She was informative, straight-forward, patient, extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable among many other qualities I was looking for in a realtor. She guided me through the process step-by-step with detailed explanation and was always available for the many questions I had as a first-time buyer. Carolyn has been our #1 realtor since we bought our first home in 2018. She then helped us sell that home, buy our next home, and then helped sell that home just recently. Would never think of using someone else. She takes care of every detail and always goes above and beyond.

Carolyn basically worked magic to find the perfect house for my family.  I'm a single mom with a disabled child. I needed a house that would work for his needs - and fit my budget - and also keep us in his service area for school, medical care, and resources.

Carolyn helped me purchase my first home and she was truly outstanding at every step of the way. My perception was not mistaken, as she demonstrated the same level of professionalism throughout the entire process. She was meticulous at every step--from looking for properties to closing day--to ensure that every "t" was crossed and every "i" was dotted correctly. We have bought and sold two houses with Carolyn, and I cannot say enough how well was each experience. I picked Carolyn because she was referred to me by someone I trust. She was great to work with. She never made me feel rushed, took the time to make sure I always understood everything, even when she had to repeatedly go over things. The last time I purchased a home was in 1994 with my husband. Carolyn Deserves Way More Than 5 Stars!! Carolyn has be nothing short of amazing to my husband and I. I met Carolyn in passing several years ago and have since worked with her on three transactions: buying home #1, selling home #1, and buying home #2. I can confidently say that she had our backs through every transaction, every unexpected situation that came up (because no real estate transaction goes without it's hiccups), and is experienced and knowledgeable in her field! She cares about her clients, and it shows! She is flexible and willing to go the extra mile when something urgent comes up. She takes the time to go through details in every contract and is patient with each and every showing (we probably had 25+ showings before closing on our first home). She is incredibly organized and keeps THE best paper trail. She wants the best for her clients, and that includes vetting and ensuring her clients have a great team of lenders, inspectors, photographers, etc. She knows her markets and quickly learns her clients wants / needs. Carolyn never steered us wrong through our many 'firsts.' She is humble, confident, and a bulldog when needed 🙂 I trust her, wholeheartedly, professionally and personally. Carolyn has also become a great friend over the past 4 years, and I know she was put in my life for a reason!
