Carolyn Erickson is one of the best Realtors you can have to sell your house. She recently sold our home even tho there were some challenges, including an overabundance of homes for sale for a while and not many buyers. But she worked overtime to make things happen. Carolyn is a kind and caring woman with a lot of experience who does more than expected to make things easier for the seller, even if there are some unexpected things that happen along the way. She always keeps you in the loop about what is happening with the selling market and with every showing. You would be very happy to have her as YOUR Realtor too. She earned 5 stars out of 4.
