Carolyn was raised in Illinois and has been a Colorado resident since 1982. During this time Carolyn has spent 29 years specializing in the medical sales and marketing industry. Amazing First Time Home Buyer Experience

I can’t recommend Carolyn enough to anyone buying a home. It was my first time buying a home and Carolyn made it super easy and answered all my questions. Carolyn provided an exceptional experience for us during the sale and purchase of our home. Beginning with the sale, Carolyn took the time to sit with us in person and provided a booklet with all pertinent information regarding our home, the market and the sale process. She took us through the selling process step by step and answered all our questions and concerns. She moved quickly when we were ready to list and managed all the details, removing some of the burden and stress from us. She kept us informed and presented all scenarios so we could make the best decision for our situation. Excellent Realtor Now Friend

We met Carolyn through a friend, and we couldn't be happier that we met. She took the time to listen to our needs and wants, showed is lots of properties that fit the bill and saw our purchase all the way to the end. We were moving to Denver from Tennessee, and she kept us informed and communicated constantly. She would even call just to say hello. Back to Colorado

I am a person who hates shopping. I called Carol from Florida and told her I was moving back to Colorado. I told her what I wanted in a townhome and I told her the area where I wanted to live. She would send me a few listings that met my conditions when I was in Florida when I got to Colorado I picked out five houses that she had sent me the first one I could have bought the second one I told her this is the house the third one said I’ll put an offer it absolutely fit what I wanted I didn’t have to go searching through houses for weeks and it is perfect. My townhome had all new appliances put in it and I was having trouble with the microwave and the refrigerator I told Carol and she got on the phone and has an appointment that I have the repair man that fix my appliances under warranty and this is all a month after I closed on the house. She doesn’t forget people she continues calling him and making sure everything is OK. I strongly recommend Carol as your realtor.
