Paula Vogel is married, has two young boys and has been a resident of Evergreen Colorado for over 30 years. She attended the University of Colorado, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and then went on to complete a Master's Degree in Education. She has been active in real estate since 2006 serving the foothills and western suburbs. For fourteen years prior to that, Paula worked in the field of mental health with children and adolescents. For fourteen years prior to that, Paula worked in the field of mental health with children and adolescents. She and her husband are independent representatives for Hiawatha Log Homes as well as Yellowstone Log Homes. Their own private residence, is a log home and serves as a model for prospective buyers to visit. Paula is familiar with the building process and focuses on being constantly aware of potential buildable land on the market. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR), the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors (MMAR) and the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Paula has obtained her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification as part of an ongoing commitment to providing high quality services to her clients.

To answer this question NeXstep continues to monitor inventory levels across the 6 County Denver Metro. This month marks the first time in the last nine months that we have had a decrease in inventory; down -106 listing this month, for a total of 7,596 active homes for sale.  Have Inventory levels peaked for 2022?  Sales are down -387 properties from last month for a total of 3,457 sold homes in the past 30 days.
