Gayor has been a resident of Colorado ever since arriving at the University of Denver as an undergraduate scholarship baseball player. At the University of Denver Gayor earned various degrees including a Master of Science in Real Estate Construction Management and a Juris Doctor. Gayor loves Colorado and enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing and skiing.

Prior to entering the Real Estate Industry, Gayor managed and tour managed national touring musical acts, as well as promoted and built special events/concerts throughout the country. For over 10 years Gayor has been active in the Colorado Real Estate Industry both as a Broker and as an investor in both residential income and commercial properties. An example of his vision of real estate included his conversion of a 1950’s garage which was transformed into a restaurant which Gayor operated and developed into one of Denver’s most beloved neighborhood establishments; Maddie’s Restaurant.

Gayor caters to his clients’ needs, time horizons and provides them with attentive, analytical, and informative service. His work is supported by his diverse background and knowledge of both the residential and commercial aspects of the Colorado real estate market. Gayor enjoys a practice with many repeat clients. His practice has grown predominately via word of mouth and referrals resulting in deals throughout the Front Range and in Summit County.

Gayor loves spending time with his family (wife Stephanie, daughter Maddie, son Asher) and when working on real estate he enjoys brokering, investing, redeveloping and structuring real estate deals.

Denver Metro 6 County Inventory Count

March 2, 2023

Market Fun Facts (03/02/23): Welcome to the New Year.  How will the market look as we enter into the 2023 selling season? To answer this question NeXstep continues to monitor inventory levels across the 6 County Denver Metro. For the fifth month in a row we see inventory levels decrease as we enter into the new year; active listings are down -558 listing this month, for a total of 4,318 active homes for sale.  This is a substantial increase from March 2022 as we had only 1,426 home for sale to start off the new year.  However, sales are also up +810 properties from last month for a total of 3,114 sold homes in the past 30 days.  Consequently, our average absorption rate decreased by appx 1.0 month from 2.35 months to 1.34 months.  All six counties experienced a decrease in active listings and an increase in total sales.

News cycles in quarter one will pick up year-over-year comparisons, which will look worse, but watch the trends, feel the boots on the ground, and pay attention to inflation, job loss, and rates.
