Born and raised in Loveland, David has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed Northern Colorado into one of the best places to live in the state. He attended Loveland High School and went on to graduate from Colorado State University in 2004 and currently resides in Evans with his wife Nikki and their three amazing kids Jovie, Dylan and Jackson.

Prior to becoming a full-time REALTOR he spent 7 years as a Retail Manager were he learned the value of providing excellent customer service and working with integrity, accountability and trust. He excels at bringing that level of service to his clients on both the buying and selling side of the transaction and loves to build long lasting relationships that extend well beyond the sale of a home. David enjoys everything wonderful Colorado has to offer. In his free time you can find him at one of his kids sporting events or at his daughter’s dance academy, working on some project his wife found on Pinterest, or just relaxing in his front yard watching his kids grow up too quickly. David is also an active board member, sponsor and participant with a local charity called Running River Benefits. They host a few events each year to help raise money for a local family that has fallen on hard times with a sick child and high medical bills.
