Denver Metro 6 County Inventory Count
Market Fun Facts (05/05/24): Spring is here! Graduation Day, Summer Break, Mother’s Day…what will we see in the May real estate market? To answer this question NeXstep continues to monitor inventory levels across the 6 County Denver Metro. For the the fourth month in a row we see another increase in inventory levels; active listings are up by +732 listing for a total of 7,702 active homes for sale. Sold homes had their third month of increased sales with 17 additional sales month over month for a total of 3,911 sold units. Absorption rates remain largely unchanged, 1.76 to 1.93 months. Interestingly, we never hit this number of active homes in 2023. The last time we had this number of active homes was October of 2022.
