SMDRA held its sixth annual Diamond Circle Awards celebration on Friday, April 6, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-4487\" src=\"https:\/\/nexsteprealestate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Carolyn-and-Ryan-Diamond-Circle-e1523373934676-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nexsteprealestate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Carolyn-and-Ryan-Diamond-Circle-e1523373934676-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/nexsteprealestate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Carolyn-and-Ryan-Diamond-Circle-e1523373934676-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nexsteprealestate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Carolyn-and-Ryan-Diamond-Circle-e1523373934676.jpg 1224w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>In order to become a Two Carat \u2013 Individual Member of the Diamond Circle Club, a REALTOR must have produced between $7- $11,999,999 million in volume or completed between 30-39 transactions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to present <a href=\"https:\/\/nexsteprealestate.com\/about-us\/carolyn-erickson\/\">Carolyn<\/a> with the Diamond Circle Award for 2017,\u201d said Todd Schuster, 2018 Chairman of SMDRA.\u00a0 \u201cShe has demonstrated a sincere dedication to the real estate business, old-fashioned hard work, and superior customer service to achieve success regardless of market conditions.\u00a0 We are proud to have Carolyn as a member of our association.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>SMDRA is a non-profit trade association that provides real estate professionals with the resources they need to help them grow and prosper in the highly competitive real estate business.<\/p>\n<p>A real estate agent is a Realtor when he or she is a member of the local, state, and National Association of Realtors, NAR, The Voice for Real Estate and the world\u2019s largest professional association.\u00a0 The term \u201cRealtor\u201d is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NAR and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics and they hold themselves to a higher standard of business from other licensed agents in the real estate industry.\u00a0Only real estate licensees who are members of the Realtor Association are properly called Realtors<\/p>\n<p>Master of Ceremonies for the Diamond Circle Awards was Tom Salomone, the 2016 President of the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae.\u00a0 He chaired the 2009 Economic Issues &amp; Residential REALTOR\u00ae Business Trends Forum and the 2008 Meeting and Conference Committee. While President, Salomone partnered the National Association of REALTORS with the Boys and Girls Clubs of American to help provide a \u2018home away from home\u2019 for children in need.<\/p>\n<p>Musical entertainment for the night was provided by Denver\u2019s own Phat Daddy.
