Denver, CO – May 5, 2009 – Brinkman Partners recently welcomed Randy Swearingen, LEED AP, as Vice President of Denver Brokerage, and Pete Meyer, Vice President of Business Development, to their new Denver office. A Denver native, Randy brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and was a consistent top producer with a major commercial brokerage firm for over 15 years. Responsible for overseeing the Denver and Phoenix markets, Pete has over 10 years of marketing experience and has developed more than 5 million square-feet of commercial properties. Together, Randy and Pete will work to develop and manage the growth of Brinkman’s real estate brokerage, construction, and development opportunities in Denver.

Representing a myriad of Fortune 500 companies and completing over $550 million in sales and lease transactions, it’s apparent that Swearingen’s success comes from understanding his client’s needs and delivering well-matched results. "We are very pleased that Randy has joined our team", comments Paul Brinkman, President and CEO of Brinkman Partners. "Our knowledgeable team of professionals guarantee that all of our customers receive first class service" said Brinkman.

Swearingen specializes in LEED Certified commercial product, most recently the 186,000 square-foot LEED Platinum Signature Centre office project and winner of NAIOP’s National Green Development of the Year Award. Other areas of his expertise include: market analysis, site selection, space programming, market strategies, build-to-suit, lease and sale negotiations, and LEED strategies for core and shell, commercial interiors, and existing buildings.

Prior to joining Brinkman Partners, Meyer served as Principal for Saxa, Inc. located in Scottsdale, Arizona and was instrumental in developing more than 5 million square-feet of office condo, retail, and mixed-use projects in Arizona, Texas, Nevada, New York, and Colorado. "Pete’s networking experience and established relationships in Colorado and Arizona are a huge asset to our team," states Paul Brinkman. Brinkman adds, "Because of Pete’s knowledge, we are confident that he will help Brinkman continue to grow and stay competitive in both markets."
